I believe that we are born with a life purpose and dreams that are unique to each of us. As we journey through life we can become programmed with beliefs about ourselves and the world that seem to take us away from our path into a place of darkness and disconnection. It is our journey back to the light that defines our life purpose and brings us the wisdom and compassion necessary to love ourselves and each other.
When we are suffering from depression or anxiety we are focusing our attention on what we didn’t like in the past and what we do not want to create in the future. We can begin to feel stuck and helpless and afraid and believe that we are powerless to change our circumstances.
Techniques such as EFT and NLP can help to release the trauma and limiting beliefs and make space for new more empowered thoughts and beliefs.
The Law of Attraction is based on the principle that we live in a vibrational universe that is responding to our thoughts and beliefs and emotions. It teaches that we can create the life of our dreams when we focus on what we desire and then shift our vibration to match that frequency so that we can allow it to flow into our experience. Working with the law of attraction we can empower ourselves to make changes on the inside, by changing how we think and how we feel, and then begin to hold the faith that these changes will then be reflected in the outside world.
